When crossing the entrance mirror, which represents a door from the past on a wall that reflects the future, viewers begin to understand that they are part of the artwork themselves through the reflection of their bodies. Each piece is made with regenerated materials from the past, they take us away from our present and project us into a distant future, anticipating the next evolution of art. The author dissects, breaks down and reuses antiques to create an alternative reality with a different logic; this is the fourth dimension that characterises Giampiero Roman\u00f2\u2019s designs.
The concept of antiques is explored in the following way: the mirror seeks an evolution and does not stop at contemporaneity but transcends it, goes beyond, where the imagination of the artist is able to take us. \u2028As ancient art and materials regenerate, the only link to the present will therefore remain the sole image of the viewer whose presence is the unifying element that, along with the mirrors, will give \u00a0everyone a unique, subjective and unpredictable vision.<\/p>\n
