The exhibition presents around sixty works by 14 artists, all born in the 1960s and identified in a deliberately – and inevitably – circumscribed basin of Rome and its recent art history. The artists reconstruct, each from his or her own point of view, a new narrative of art. The pivotal point of this new narrative of which the artists in the exhibition are the protagonists is a gaze that is able to intercept the nerve points of the aesthetic sensibility that drive artistic-cultural phenomena that exist on a planetary level. Galleria Mucciaccia is pleased to point out the work ‘Transplant 10’ by Maurizio Savini in the exhibition.
